MYM is based in West Yorkshire. It is founded on and guided by the principles of supporting everyone to develop their wellbeing.
We offer Hatha style yoga classes, 1 to 1 sessions, and corporate sessions. Hatha Yoga is the traditional form of yoga and suitable for all abilities, ages and genders.
Menopause yoga classes and workshops are also available at MYM. This is a way of practising yoga designed to support and empower women through all stages of the menopause.
An important part of our wellbeing offering is our Mindfulness courses and mindfulness meditation sessions. Mindfulness is a practice that can help us all to manage stress and improve how we approach our daily lives.
