Jill has a passion to empower and support women through menopause. Having experienced a lack of support from her GP and her workplace when she was going through the menopause, she knows how difficult it is, to not only to recognise the symptoms of the menopause  but also to manage those symptoms. She firmly believes that “Information is power” and the more women learn about all things menopause they can make the choices that will lead to a Moor Positive Menopause.

Jill organises and facilitates a monthly group that offers a safe and supportive space for women to come together and through chat and laughter empower and support one another.

Jill also offers classes and courses for Menopause Yoga. She is qualified to teach Menopause Yoga having trained with Petra Coveney, the founder of Menopause Yoga.

Menopause Yoga can be of help if you suffer from hot flushes and/or night sweats; stress and anxiety; irritability; insomnia and fatigue; lack of focus and “brain fog”

It is important that women are supported in the workplace so Jill provides workplace Moor Positive Menopause courses which range form Menopause Awareness sessions to full day workshops.

Jill also offers her Moor Positive Menopause coaching programme to help and support women on an individual basis as they deal with issues of the workplace and family life all whilst having to deal with the impact of the menopause.
