Having had a 25 year career in law, Jill is a natural listener. She is also capable of helping clients to work through and face up to the reality of their situation no matter how overwhelming it first appears. Having left the law, Jill retrained as a coach and studied with some of the world’s leading positive psychologists finding a new focus for her skills.

Hesitant to use the phrase “Life coach”, Jill’s coaching ethos is based around supporting the individual and the stage of life they find themselves in. Her style is characterised as a high support, high challenge approach to coaching. She has a wealth of experience in enabling clients to examine the choices before them and to support them through the choices that they subsequently make.

Jill specifically offers support and coaching to women experiencing the menopause. She has a well established practice that focusses in this stage of life experienced by half of the population and works with both groups and individuals.

She has a Post Graduate Certificate in Positive Psychology and Coaching Psychology and brings a wealth of tools and techniques to her clients including psychometric tools; coaching models; mindfulness practices and  meditation techniques.
