For someone who has never practised yoga before, Jill has been the perfect yoga teacher and she has always made me feel very welcome at her sessions. Jill is calm and considerate with a very warm personality and I have never felt lost or out of my depth at her classes. The sequences are nicely put together with clear instructions given throughout. Jill explains the benefits of each posture and each movement is broken down into steps which creates a nice flow to the class. Jill provides different options for various poses making the class perfect for all abilities. Since beginning my yoga classes with Jill, I have noticed definite health benefits as I have felt more relaxed within myself and it has helped with my lower back pain. It really is nice to switch off from the outside world for an hour and it’s nice to have a yoga teacher who really cares about your wellbeing. Jill has even adapted to the current climate of the Covid-19 pandemic by giving up her free time and offering regular online sessions which is very thoughtful and much appreciated

Jill’s Yoga is perfect for me. The practices encourage challenge and progression alongside protection of the body, just to your own personal limits. Poses are explained. The environment is calm, friendly, relaxed and non-threatening. I feel fantastic!

…I was recommended to meditate for fifteen minutes daily and I have been adhering to that till today. In the beginning I could not even sit still for fifteen minutes. But using the guide from Jill I started to master the technique very quickly. Now I actually look forward to that calmness and tranquillity. My eczema is under control.
