Mindfulness Meditation – Zoom Wednesday (7.30pm to 8.30pm)
A group Mindfulness Meditation session suitable for everyone.
Join us to experience the value of mindfulness practises. Together we learn to develop the skills and ability to find the space for calm and stillness which helps us manage the impact of stress on our everyday life.
On the last Wednesday of each month, we practise Yoga Nidra. A form of meditation that brings a deep sense of relaxation.
